More specifically, children at risk of exclusion participate in educational and training activities of local nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), with ages between 6 and 17 years. Its objectives have been to “recognize and describe the main methodological strategies in the teaching of social values and community development,” and evaluate the effectiveness of this type of educational organizations.
